We are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. Responsible for performing HR-related duties like Talent Acquisition, Recruitment & Selection, Onboarding & Exit, PMS, Policy Implementation etc.
Required Skills:
- 4-8 years of experience in Human Resource, preferably in a generalist capacity.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and tact.
Responsibilities
- Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains the employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations issues.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
- Handle employee onboarding and exit process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
- Maintains company organization charts and the employee directory.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
