Required Skills:

  • 4-8 years of experience in Human Resource, preferably in a generalist capacity.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and tact.


Responsibilities

  • Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains the employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations issues.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
  • Handle employee onboarding and exit process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
  • Maintains company organization charts and the employee directory.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
