At ThreatXIntel, we proactively monitor and test our clients' digital environments to identify vulnerabilities and offer peace of mind, allowing clients to focus on growing their business.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities Techno-Functional Consultant to support, implement, and enhance Oracle Utilities applications, including Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), Customer to Meter (C2M), and Meter Data Management (MDM). The consultant will be responsible for system configuration, functional design, and integration of Oracle Utilities products within complex enterprise environments.Key Technical ResponsibilitiesImplement and support Oracle Utilities (CC&B, C2M, MDM, MTM, MWB, MCP) modules.Analyze, design, and configure solutions using the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).Create functional and technical design documents based on business and system requirements.Configure forms, workflows, and portlets, and manage integrations with other enterprise systems.Troubleshoot and optimize Meter-to-Cash (M2C) flows and billing processes.Integrate CC&B with operational systems such as MDM, WAM, and NMS using middleware or APIs.Understand and document CC&B/C2M/MDM data models and configuration dependencies.Collaborate with QA and testing teams to validate configurations, regression scenarios, and system functionality.Technical EnvironmentCore Stack: Oracle Utilities CC&B, C2M, MDM, OUAFIntegrations: MDM, WAM, NMS, and other utility systemsDomain Expertise: Meter-to-Cash, Billing, Customer Information, Utility OperationsTools: Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Web Services, OUAF Configuration UtilitiesRequired Qualifications10+ years of total experience in Oracle Utilities solutions implementation and support.Strong hands-on expertise in CC&B/C2M/MDM configuration and functional design.In-depth understanding of OUAF architecture and Oracle Utilities data models.Proven ability to design and document functional configurations and system workflows.Solid knowledge of Meter-to-Cash business processes and integration best practices.
