Job Description – Waiter / Junior WaiterLocation: Mon Petit Frère, Colva, GoaReports To: Floor Supervisor / Restaurant ManagerEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our front-of-house team as Waiters / Junior Waiters. The role involves providing attentive guest service, maintaining restaurant standards, and supporting smooth daily operations. Candidates should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest ServiceWelcome and seat guests with professionalism.Present menus, explain specials, and take accurate orders.Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly.Respond to guest requests and escalate issues when necessary.Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and follow-ups.Operational DutiesSet, clear, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.Maintain cleanliness and order of dining areas and service stations.Stock, polish, and replenish cutlery, crockery, glassware, condiments, and supplies.Assist with opening and closing duties as per shift requirements.Teamwork & SupportCoordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow.Support colleagues during peak hours and ensure efficient teamwork.Guide and assist new or junior staff as required.Be open to training and development to progress to senior roles.RequirementsPrevious experience in F&B service preferred, but not mandatory.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Positive attitude, punctuality, and attention to detail.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.BenefitsSalary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000/month depending on experience.Meals and staff discounts provided.Central tipping system in place.Growth opportunities within the restaurant.
