Burson is looking for Designer for it’s Gurugram office. For this requirement we are looking for an individual who will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, researching, and writing long-form content such as blogs, thought leadership articles, newsletters, and white papers, among other forms of editorial content, across a variety of industrial sectors and subjects.

This person will have a position of responsibility and is expected to support the team leader in mentoring junior writers, managing critical projects & clients, and assisting in new business processes.


CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  1. Study design briefs and determine requirements
  2. Collaborate closely with the copywriter and the rest of the creative team, and account team to ensure deadlines are met
  3. Conceptualize & execute visuals based on campaign requirements
  4. Apply creative in the copy/design for diversified medium, including traditional and offline, digital, social, websites, blogs, newsletters, brochures, etc.
  5. Work with copywriter, and the rest of the creative team to produce final designs
  6. Amend designs after client or servicing feedback
  7. Ensure the final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and meet client’s brief
  8. Stay up to date with industry developments and design tools.


Experience:

2.5+ years of work experience with a brand, digital/ social/ advertising agency

Must be informed and active follower of latest industry trends
