We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic social media Intern who can also handle administrative tasks to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.Position Overview:Experience: 1–3 YearsLocation: Malviya nagarDepartment: Finance & AccountsWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with prior experience working in an e-commerce/D2C brand. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Tally, Excel, and day-to-day accounting operations including entries, reconciliations, and compliance support.Key Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Handle bank reconciliation statements (BRS) on a regular basisManage and reconcile e-commerce platform settlements (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, payment gateways, etc.)Track receivables, payables, and vendor paymentsMaintain proper documentation for invoices, bills, and vouchersAssist in GST-related work – data preparation, returns, and reconciliation Prepare MIS reports.Support month-end and year-end closing activitiesCoordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders as requiredRequirement:B.Com graduate (mandatory)1-3 years of hands-on experience in accountingPrior experience with an e-commerce/D2C brand is highly preferredStrong working knowledge of Tally and MS ExcelGood understanding of accounting entries and financial processesKnowledge of GST basics and complianceStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and meet deadlines
