Responsibilities:

Testing & Commissioning of MEP Equipment:

  • Oversee the testing and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and ELV system in various projects
  • Ensure all equipment is tested and operational before project handover.

Develop and Execute T&C Methodologies:

  • Create comprehensive methodologies and schedules for testing and commissioning activities.
  • Document processes and prepare detailed reports post-testing and commissioning phases.

Quality Audits:

  • Conduct regular site visits to audit the quality of MEP works in comparison to design specifications.
  • Identify and address any discrepancies between design and execution.

QA/QC Reports:

  • Prepare and maintain thorough QA/QC reports related to MEP works.
  • Ensure that quality standards and best practices are adhered to in all phases of the project.


What we expect:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in MEP Testing & Commissioning within large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of T&C methodologies and industry standards.
  • Experience with quality audits and preparation of QA/QC reports.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with workplace design and build projects.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
