Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Adaptability: Ability to pivot quickly based on changing priorities and market demands.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capacity to think beyond day-to-day activities; visualize longer-term challenges and opportunities.
  • Design Thinking: Work closely with the UI/UX designers to ensure product designs align with user needs and business goals. Deliver flows with seamless, intuitive and attractive UX.
  • Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Risk Management: Assess and prioritize risks associated with the introduction of new features or changes to existing ones. Ensure all product decisions align with the company’s risk appetite and compliance guidelines.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years in Product Management
  • Proficiency in FinTech, investment platforms, and related technical concepts.
  • Adaptable with a strategic mindset.
  • Emphasis on user-centric design and development.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with backend and frontend systems. Fintech and investment platforms; understanding of technical concepts behind them is a plus
  • Analytical Skills: Prior experience with event analytics implementation. Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for product enhancements.


A Product Manager in this role should be both tech-savvy and user-centric, ensuring that the client application not only functions optimally but also provides a seamless and enjoyable experience for its users.
