KAAML is looking for candidate in its fund raising team with a minimum 2 years of fund raising & investor relations experience. KAAML is looking at raising capital across all the asset classes mentioned above across domestic and offshore geographies.

The job description encompasses:

Assist in fund raising and investor relations covering both domestic & global investors.

Supporting investor outreach, preparing pitch decks, handling data room and coordinating data collection and answering investor queries

Develop and build an investor network, arrange for meetings and prepare pitches/marketing material and presentations, enhance relationships via frequent and relevant interaction basis communication on products, asset classes and portfolio information including macro, sector and company updates.

Manage and complete due diligence questionnaires on the platform & respective funds through consistent coordination with internal stakeholders across legal, operations, finance & investment teams.

Regularly updating client interactions, contact information and related follow ups on CRM portal

Maintain and update a repository of FAQ’s & key information on firm level attributes and coordinate with investment teams on fund specific information.

Provide inputs on business planning; identify potential product opportunities and keep abreast of regulatory and market developments.

Responsible for continuous benchmarking with peers and asset managers on product features,design and best practices


Minimum Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant/CFA


Minimum Experience:


0-1 years fund-raising & investor relations experience in Indian alternate assets / private banking / mutual funds space.


Skills Required:


Team player with a desire to learn and flair for building relationships and connecting with people

Self-starter with the ability to own the role and develop high quality coverage

Strong analytical skills. Good understanding of alternative investment funds

Strong interpersonal, negotiation and effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
