We create stylish, modern living spaces for homeowners — and we’re looking for someone who can take our brand to the next level.This is not just another marketing role. You’ll be driving growth, shaping strategy, and executing campaigns that deliver results from day one.RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate directly with the founders to design and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.Plan, run, and optimize Social Media Marketing and SEO campaigns.Build and grow the brand organically through strategic content creation across platforms.Create and manage content assets including blogs, creatives, videos, and reels.Lead ad campaign management on Meta and Google (setup, optimization, reporting).Monitor KPIs/ROI across all marketing activities and manage lead-generation funnels.Experiment with multiple channels to identify high-impact growth opportunities.Edit videos for social media, ads, and brand storytelling.Guide, train, and coordinate a small team of 2 interns/freelancers.REQUIREMENTS:Any degree — skill, capability, and attitude matter more than titles.2+ years of marketing experience (Interiors or agency background is a plus).Strong hands-on expertise in:Social Media MarketingSEO (on-page/off-page)Meta & Google Ads (campaign setup, optimization, analytics)Ability to produce and edit video content.Why Join UsCompetitive pay based on your previous salary & current market standards.Be part of the core team in a growing startup.Freedom to try new ideas and own your results.
