Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

Educational Background:

~ Ph.D. in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, or a related field.

~ Master’s degree in the relevant domain with significant teaching/research experience may also be considered.

Research and Academic Credentials:

~ Strong publication record in reputed journals (Scopus, SCI, IEEE, etc.).

~ Proven ability to secure national/international research funding.

~ Expertise in guiding student projects and research scholars.

Domain-Specific Skills:

~ Proficiency in emerging technologies like AI, ML, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, or Data Analytics.

~ Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, CEH, CISSP, TensorFlow, etc.) are a plus.

Additional Attributes:

~ Experience in developing innovative curriculum and fostering industry collaborations.

~ Ability to lead or participate in interdisciplinary research and startup incubation programs.


Teaching Experience:

~ Minimum 3–7 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level in CSE, IT, AI & DS, AI & ML, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, or Data Science.

~ Experience in designing and delivering innovative curricula aligned with industry trends.

Research and Publications:

~ Proven track record of high-impact publications in reputed journals (Scopus, SCI, IEEE, etc.).

~ Experience in securing national/international research funding and leading funded projects.

Industry Collaboration:

~ Active collaboration with industries for research, consultancy, and skill development initiatives.

~ Involvement in interdisciplinary research or industry-aligned projects.

Leadership Roles:

~ Experience in mentoring students, guiding research scholars, and managing research teams.

~ Participation in establishing startup incubation programs or innovation centers.

Technical Expertise:

~ Hands-on experience with domain-specific technologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Ethereum, cybersecurity tools).

~ Practical exposure through consulting, applied research, or entrepreneurial ventures is a plus.


Domain-Specific Skills:

Computer Science & IT (CSE, IT):

~ Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, C++, or Go.

~ Strong understanding of operating systems, databases, cloud computing, and software engineering principles.

~ Expertise in DevOps, microservices architecture, or full-stack development.

Artificial Intelligence & Data Science (AI & DS, AI & ML):

~ Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

~ Expertise in deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.

~ Strong knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and data visualization tools.

Cybersecurity:

~ Knowledge of cryptography, ethical hacking, threat analysis, and penetration testing.

~ Familiarity with security frameworks and certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH).

~ Hands-on experience with security tools like Wireshark, Metasploit, and firewalls.

Blockchain:

~ Proficiency in blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana).

~ Expertise in smart contract development, decentralized applications (DApps), and consensus algorithms.

~ Understanding of blockchain security, tokenization, and governance models.

Data Science:

~ Strong knowledge of data wrangling, preprocessing, and statistical modeling techniques.

~ Proficiency in tools like R, Python, SAS, or Tableau for data analysis and visualization.

~ Experience in predictive analytics, optimization, and AI integration into business solutions.

~ Ability to design innovative curricula aligned with industry requirements.

~ Proficiency in leveraging cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for research and development.
