We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Barista Trainee. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to learn the art of coffee making and customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Barista Trainee, you will receive training and mentorship to develop your skills and knowledge in coffee preparation, beverage crafting, and customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and execute the basics of coffee preparation, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and beverage assembly.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and recommending menu items.
• Learn and uphold standards of quality in beverage preparation and presentation.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive work atmosphere.
• Adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment to meet customer needs and demands.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of coffee is required; however, willingness to learn is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.
