Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Lead to join our Ad Operations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Google Ad Manager (GAM), Campaign Manager 360 (CM 360), and DV360 with a proven track record in client engagement and team leadership. This role involves leading technical projects, providing strategic insights, and ensuring the seamless execution of ad operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic guidance on ad operations processes, best practices, and technology implementations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients at RTMS, ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day tasks and maintaining exceptional client relationships.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to meet client expectations, demonstrating a high sense of urgency and ownership in all interactions.
• Ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output in the Ad Operations team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, IT and HR to align ad operations with business objectives.
• Oversee the setup, trafficking, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns using GAM, CM 360, and GTM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to campaign management.
• Identifying trends, insights, and areas for improvement to enhance process excellence.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ad operations processes and training materials for team members.

Shift Hours: Night Shift EST Hours

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ad operations, with a strong focus on GAM, CM 360, and DV360.
• Proven experience in team management and leadership roles.
• In-depth knowledge of digital advertising technologies, including ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with programmatic advertising and RTB (Real-Time Bidding).
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
• Familiarity with additional ad platforms such as DV360, Google Tag Manager, The Trade Desk, or Adobe Advertising Cloud.
