About the role

We are looking for a talented and creative Static Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with our marketing, content, and development teams to produce engaging designs that align with our brand identity and captivate our target audience.

As a Static Graphic Designer, your responsibilities will include designing digital and print materials, including social media graphics, brochures, web visuals, and packaging. You must have experience working with industry-standard design software and a portfolio that demonstrates a strong aesthetic sense and creative versatility.


Based in: Gurugram

Job Type: Full Time, On-site

Experience: 2-3 Years


Key Responsibilities:

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and create innovative designs for digital and print media.

·      Develop and design graphics for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, product packaging, and promotional materials.

·      Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual content.

·      Design layouts, typography, and imagery that align with project goals and brand guidelines.

·      Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for approval, adjusting designs based on feedback.

·      Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep designs fresh and relevant.

·      Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

·      Work with external printers and vendors when necessary to ensure accurate print production.

·      Retouch and manipulate images as needed.


Qualifications and Skills:

·      Proven 2 years of work experience as a Static Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your design skills.

·      Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.

·      Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.

·      Familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus.

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.

·      Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

·      Ability to take creative direction and work both independently and collaboratively.

·      Experience in motion graphics or video editing.

·      Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is a plus.
