Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in financial management, leveraging your proficiency in Tally and advanced Excel skills to drive financial excellence across our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records while contributing to strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate and timely financial records using Tally, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

2. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

4. Monitor and optimize financial processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.

5. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.

6. Oversee tax compliance and reporting, working closely with external auditors and tax authorities.

7. Provide expertise in financial modeling and analysis, supporting strategic decision-making and risk assessment.

8. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA, CMA, or CS preferred).

2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

3. Proficiency in Tally and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.

4. Experience with Letter of Credits (LOC) is a significant advantage.

5. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

8. Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and financial excellence.
