Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Business Development and Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our business development department, you will play a crucial role in driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence within the web3 community. Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including other web3 companies, blockchain projects, investors, industry associations, and potential clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential collaboration areas within the web3 ecosystem. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized technologies.
  • Outreach and Networking: Represent [Your Company Name] at industry events, conferences, and meetups. Build and nurture relationships within the web3 community to enhance our brand visibility and forge meaningful connections.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closing: Lead negotiations for partnerships, collaborations, and business agreements. Collaborate with legal and technical teams to ensure terms are well-defined and aligned with company goals.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust partnership pipeline, tracking interactions, progress, and outcomes using appropriate tools and systems.
  • Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and other content needed to showcase [Your Company Name]'s value proposition to potential partners and clients.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to align partnership efforts with overall business strategies and product roadmaps.

Requirements:
