The ideal candidate should have strong coding abilities, excellent problem analysis and solving skills, and proven leadership experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade applications.Technical Skills & Experience:Frontend: Angular 12+, JavaScriptBackend: Java (Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, Hibernate)Databases: SQL and NoSQLArchitecture: Microservices, Event-driven architectureAPIs: RESTful APIs and GraphQLSecurity: Secure coding practices with Spring Security, OAuth 2.0, JWT, OAuth grant typesAI/ML Integration: Experience with AI/ML libraries such as Deeplearning4j, DJL, TensorFlow Java API, Spring AICloud & DevOps: AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube, BitbucketTesting & Tools: Postman, JiraSoftware Engineering: Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design principlesCloud-native Development & Modern Java VersionsResponsibilities:Lead design, development, implementation and bug-fix of scalable full-stack solutions for applicationsEnsure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.Collaborate with other developers to deliver features on time and with high quality.Mentor and guide junior developers.Drive adoption of modern development practices including CI/CD, cloud-native deployment, and DevOps.Qualifications:Proven experience as a full stack developer with leadership or lead developer roles.Expertise in the Spring ecosystem and microservices architecture.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical challenges.Hands-on experience with both frontend and backend development.Quickly ramp up on complex systems and contribute effectivelySelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently on assigned features with minimal supervisionFamiliarity with AI/ML integration in Java applications is a plus.
