About the Role: Campus Recruiter:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for implementing and managing campus recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier talent for entry-level positions and internships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships with universities, executing recruiting events, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute campus recruitment strategies aligned with hiring goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities across all tiers, as well as student organizations.
  • Organize and coordinate campus recruitment events, including on-campus and off-campus interviews, career fairs, and networking sessions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements for internships and entry-level positions.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for interns and entry-level candidates.
  • Track and analyze recruitment data to assess performance and improve strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in campus recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of campus recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with various teams.
  • Educational qualifications: B.Tech and MBA in HR.
