You will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders, ensuring positive media coverage and brand visibility.


Please note that this will be an individual contributor role rather than a team management position.


Key Responsibilities:

 

●      Develop and execute comprehensive PR campaigns to promote clients' products, services, and events.

●      Day to day media relations for respective clients. Follow ups with media for client pitch and respective coverages.

●      Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure media coverage.

●      Developing ideations and strategy for communication methods.

●      Organize and manage press conferences, media events, and product launches.

●      Monitor media coverage and prepare detailed reports for clients.

●      Collaborate with internal teams to align PR strategies with overall marketing objectives.

●      Stay updated on industry trends, news, and competitors to identify PR opportunities.

●      Crisis management and handling of negative publicity effectively.

●      Managing reports and weekly progress activity.

●      Managing content and initial drafts for respective PR Tools.

 

Qualifications:

 

●      Proven experience as a PR Manager or in a similar PR role within a media agency.

●      Strong media network and existing relationships with journalists.

●      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

●      Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

●      Creative thinker with a proactive and strategic approach to PR.
