Practical Information:

Location: Chennai, India | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for India | Language Requirements: English, written and spoken


As our new Azure Migration Engineer - Infrastructure, you will be responsible for evaluating customer needs, combined with engineering, and deliver Azure solutions services and service components. Additionally, you will support the Project Manager in the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules.


Other responsibilities will include

  • Evaluate needs and deliver solutions using Azure services and service components
  • Engineer MS Azure solutions, providing deep technical knowledge on various Azure architecture elements deployed
  • Develop concise and accurate engineering documentation including design, artifacts, knowledge guides, and operating procedures
  • Provide hands-on technical support for the design, construction, configuration, and maintenance of all facets of an Azure Tenant
  • Ability to verify the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs


Your Competencies

  • 3+ hands-on experience with implementation, deployment, migration, and support of Azure services, including related Azure service components
  • 3+ years of experience with MS Azure in Production and Disaster Recovery environment
  • Experience maintaining metrics and SLAs
  • Expert knowledge of the Azure environment including applications, features, configuration, integration, and problem resolution
  • Bachelor’s in computer science/Engineering Degree or equivalent

  • You are able to troubleshoot, analyze, and implement software, networks, and other technical needs to deliver on the overall objectives
  • You are customer service-oriented with strong and effective communication skills
  • You have an aptitude to learn new technologies and stay current with Microsoft solutions
