🚀 Hiring: Fircosoft Watchlist Manager (WLM) – Functional Consultant | Location: Singapore 🇸🇬 Note : Open to candidates from anywhere in the world who are interested in relocating to SingaporeNTT DATA’s Financial Crime & Compliance (FCC) Practice is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Fircosoft WLM Functional Consultant to join our team in Singapore.This role involves end-to-end functional ownership of the Fircosoft suite, supporting major banking and financial clients across APAC, Japan, and EMEA.🔍 Role: Fircosoft Watchlist Manager (WLM) – Functional Consultant📍 Location: Singapore / Hybrid🎖️ Grade: Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant (Based on Experience)🔑 Key Responsibilities✔️ Watchlist governance & administration (OFAC, UN, EU, HMT, MAS, DFAT, FSA lists)✔️ End-to-end configuration of Firco Filtering Engine v6.0✔️ Simulation & impact analysis for list updates and threshold tuning✔️ Customer & transaction screening (Continuity, Trust, ISO 20022, SWIFT)✔️ Case Manager workflow, queues, escalation management✔️ UAT, release validation, production support✔️ Regulatory alignment – MAS 626, HKMA, OFAC, FCA, EU✔️ MI reporting, audits & FCC governance support🎓 Required Skills🔹 4–10 years in AML, Sanctions Screening or Financial Crime🔹 Hands-on experience with Fircosoft tools: WLM, Continuity, Trust, Filtering Engine v6.0, MultiLaw Manager, Simulation Manager, Stripping Detector, Case Manager🔹 Strong knowledge of sanctions regulations across multiple jurisdictions🔹 Good understanding of payments (SWIFT MT, ISO 20022), KYC & TM🔹 Ability to configure match rules, thresholds, scoring logic, and troubleshoot functional issues⭐ Preferred Qualifications✔️ Fircosoft Functional Certification✔️ ACAMS / ICA✔️ Experience working with Singapore/Japan BFSI clients📨 Interested or know someone perfect for this role?
