Photo Editor:


  1. Solid experience with digital technology and photo editing software packages (e.g., Lightroom CC, Photoshop, and Photoshop plugins)
  2. Strong photo editing skills and excellent portfolio
  3. Thorough knowledge of computer imaging, photographic techniques, studio management, and color composition.
  4. Knowledge of Colour Correction based on RGB and CMYK color space.
  5. Coordinating with the editing Team and Shoot Team, Reviewing photos, editing, and making necessary changes
  6. Creation of robust, detailed, hi-resolution, compelling images by combining photography, generative AI technology, and retouching
  7. Modify existing images, including but not limited to Compositing multiple images into a cohesive scene
  8. Removing or adding skin imperfections, Adding or correcting makeup, Reshaping the face and/or body, Frequency separation technique, Removing and creating backgrounds from photos, Smoothing textures, Layer masking
  9. Silhouetting images (creating complex masks and providing clipping paths)
  10. Sets up all final production images to vendor spec and creates flattened high-resolution versions of images in both RGB and CMYK color modes
  11. Applies appropriate color profiles based on production needs
  12. Complies with procedures and practices regarding workflow, file organization, and management
  13. Manages time efficiently, meets deadlines, pays attention to detail, and Projects a professional/calm attitude despite high-pressure situations
  14. Crop, resize, and optimize photos for various platforms and media
  15. Collaborate with photographers and clients to understand their vision and requirements, Maintain an organized and efficient photo editing workflow, Manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  16. Editing, manipulating and artfully positioning photographs/ video footage to achieve the highest quality using the appropriate tools
  17. Putting together the rough project by trimming footage, Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects
  18. Submitting projects for approval promptly and ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all edited images
  19. Enhance and retouch images to ensure high-quality and visually appealing outputs
  20. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in photo editing techniques - Manage and
  21. organize a large volume of digital assets, maintain an organized file structure - Meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment


Video Editor


  1. Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills and
  2. creativity.
  3. Review pre-cut videos for content accuracy, visual and audio quality, and adherence to brand
  4. guidelines.
  5. Performing the full range of editing works from splicing to sound balancing to color correction and
  6. color grading.
  7. Ability to adapt existing content to make it fit for purpose on social media platforms, able to prioritize and manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously
  8. Adhere to strict deadlines and be able to work under pressure.
  9. Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain a consistent tone and voice for our brand across all content.
  10. Identify and report any issues or discrepancies in the content and ensure that the content is error-free and ready for distribution.
  11. Schedule and coordinate content releases across various platforms to align with marketing strategies and campaigns.
  12. Address any technical issues related to content distribution platforms and escalate complex problems
  13. as needed.
  14. Support other team members or departments in accessing and utilizing the content.
  15. Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand and execute
  16. project visions and objectives.
  17. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality
  18. standards.
  19. Participate in pre-production planning, including storyboard creation and concept development.
  20. Provide technical and creative input during all stages of production, from pre-production through to
  21. post-production.
  22. Ensure the final products align with brand guidelines and meet the project's objectives.
  23. Stay updated with the latest trends in video production, editing techniques, and software
  24. advancements.
  25. Troubleshoot technical issues related to video editing software and hardware.
  26. Archive and organize video assets and projects efficiently for future access and use.
