About the role:

The Associate Vice President of Operations (US Payroll) is designed to manage the day-to-day activities in the organizations client facing payroll function. This position will oversee our growing team of Payroll Managers and Supervisors.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the payroll managers of a specified region within our nationwide organization.
  • Responsible for formulating and implementing strategies and policies related to the US payroll function.
  • Assist with payroll software training, review forms and SOPs with division partners.
  • As an AVP, this position is designed to support, communicate and train employees within the department.
  • Work with other department leadership, new clients, mentor and develop payroll managers.


Skills required:

  • Knowledge of US payroll and its processing
  • Time management
  • Decision making skills
  • Must display leadership qualities.
  • Ability to efficiently organize work activities to meet daily and weekly deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Intermediate to strong skills in MS Office, including Excel and Outlook


Working Hours:

  • US / night shifts
  • 5 days of working from office
