Content Management System Developer

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next generation websites and web tools. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take lead on new innovations and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and launches new and refines existing, templates, designs and layouts in Contenful & translating solutions from design mock-ups
  • Integrates APIs to fetch and display dynamic content onto the various website using Contentful CMS
  • Strong exposure of Apps – Marketplace and Custom apps and integration of those within the CMS; use of Assets - DAM
  • Ensures content, metadata and tagging are all set up, integrated, and optimized for SEO and analytics reporting
  • Works with the analytics and insight teams for website related updates/enhancements using front end web technologies ex. HTML/CSS/ Js – framework like bootstrap
  • Acts as the technical expert for the CMS working closely with development teams to develop and deliver experience solutions across platforms and systems


Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Headless CMS – Contentful & use of Marketplace Apps
  • Angular, JSON files, APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Contentful – Content Model and Admin updates
  • CSS, HTML, JavaScript and related libraries, frameworks and technologies
  • Be familiar with source control and continuous integration practices and tools, e.g. Git,
  • WCAG accessibility standards
  • Content hierarchy, Content Model, SEO, UX
  • Strong experience in digital product management tools such as Jira, ticketing systems
  • Experience in use of packages such as Excel, Power point etc.
  • CMS experience – Cotentful/AEM etc.
