Onboarding

  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and department managers to ensure that all new hires have the necessary equipment and resources to succeed.
  • Maintain and track onboarding documentation and compliance records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee files.


Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building
  • events.
  • Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Build and manage employee recognition initiatives (e.g., peer-to-peer recognition programs, awards, and appreciation events) to celebrate accomplishments and foster a culture of appreciation.
  • Organize and execute company-wide events, team-building activities, and social gatherings to boost morale, strengthen relationships, and reinforce company culture.
  • Analyze engagement data, survey, reports and trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and create reports for leadership that highlight successes and areas for improvement.


Policy Compliance & Administration:

  • Update and maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Help revise and implement new policies and procedures as needed.


Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2 - 6 years of experience in HR

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in HR software and MS Office.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
