Associate - ECM

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of ECM transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, and convertible securities.
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and modelling to support transaction proposals.
• Prepare pitch materials, offering documents, and presentations for client meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams (research, syndicate, legal, etc.) to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the ECM space.
• Maintain relationships with clients and support senior bankers in client management.
• Support due diligence processes and coordinate with external advisors.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market conditions, and regulatory changes.

Relevant Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• 3-6 years of experience in the Investment banking space on the ECM side
• Strong team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
