Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Executive at Jagan Institute of Management Studies, Rohini. The Placement Executive will be responsible for job placements, providing stellar customer service, conducting training sessions, and utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills daily.


Qualifications

a)Support the Placement team with generating leads on organizations' hiring, hiring trends & ability to work on various portals

b) Follow up on hiring steps to receive placement confirmation, joining date, offer letter, etc.

c) Track all placements either through software or systemized methods

d) Maintain/ Update all placement-related databases ( Corporate/ Students/ Activities etc)

d) Track and maintain all eligible applications based on the stipulated criteria given by the company.

e) To arrange for interview facilities at the campus (Auditorium, Labs, and Interview rooms).

f) Support placement logistics, such as travel, accommodation, etc.

g) Sharing industry feedback, trends, and expectations with students and leadership. 


Attributes Required

a)Strong Knowledge of MS Office especially Excel

b) Good team player

c) Ability to handle the student queries 

d) Quick learner
