Role Summary - To collaborate closely with the Business Head and to provide strategic insights, recommendations

and support to guide business decisions and initiatives.


Reports to - President & CBO

Designation - Manager

Location - Mumbai

Qualifications - B.E. (Mechanical) and MBA in Finance

Work Experience - Minimum 2 years’ experience in engineering and 2 years in business analysis post MBA.


Major Responsibilities -

  1. To collaborate closely with the Business Head and to provide strategic insights, recommendations and support to guide business decisions and initiatives.
  2. To facilitate communication between Business Head and various departments, ensuring alignment and information dissemination.
  3. Leading high-priority projects, overseeing resources and timelines to achieve strategic goals.
  4. Conduct in-depth data analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential risks, enabling informed decision-making.
  5. Prepare comprehensive executive briefings, reports, and presentations for the Business Head, distilling complex information into actionable insights.
  6. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaborations for growth.
  7. Assisting in the development and refinement of the company & strategic plans and goals, contributing insights to enhance long-term competitiveness.
  8. Provide financial analysis and budgetary support, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives while monitoring financial performance.
  9. Identify process inefficiencies and proposed solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and streamline workflows within the office.


Skills and Abilities -


  1. Experience in Logistics, Customer service
  2. Ability to work with Supervisors and track multiple processes.
  3. Excellent communication skills and coordination abilities.
  4. Analytical Problem-Solving capabilities.
  5. Interpersonal and consultative skills.
  6. Understanding of Databases and Networks.
  7. Industry knowledge.
  8. Well verse with MS office / Dashboards
