 Job Description

The Cluster Manager will be responsible for the planning, organization, and management of the activities and personnel within the company’s cluster. The cluster is typically made up of a group of stores, locations, or businesses sharing a product line, customer base, or a set of geographical regions. The Cluster Manager will be in charge of coordinating and overseeing all of the activities that take place in the cluster.

ROLE

Cluster managers are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize resources in order to improve the efficiency and productivity of the cluster. They monitor sales reports and customer feedback to better assess the performance of the cluster. Great cluster managers must also demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively manage their team.


Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Organizing and monitoring the daily activities in the assigned cluster
  • Developing plans to increase sales in the cluster
  • Managing customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction
  • Analyzing customer feedback and reports to identify areas for improvement

Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced and organized Cluster Manager to manage our (Delhi )cluster. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to improve the efficiency and productivity of the cluster. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must be motivating, organized, and proactive in their approach.

Responsibilities

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or relevant field
  • Proven experience in leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, couture customization and customer service principles.
  • Thorough understanding of retail KPIs.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Pretture.
