Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday and 1st and 4th Saturday working

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll Management:
  • Process payroll accurately and timely.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Handle payroll discrepancies and adjustments effectively.
  1. Payslip Generation:
  • Generate and distribute payslips to employees on time.
  • Address any queries related to payslips promptly.
  1. Statutory Compliance:
  • Manage Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and Labour Welfare Fund (GLWF) compliances.
  • File Annual Consolidated Returns accurately and within the specified deadlines.
  • Stay updated with changes in labor laws and ensure adherence.
  1. Legal Compliance:
  • Maintain compliance with Shop Establishments and other relevant labor laws.
  • Keep records up-to-date and accurate to ensure legal compliance.
  1. Bonus Register Maintenance:
  • Maintain records of employee bonuses and incentives.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements regarding bonus payments.
  1. Professional Tax (PT) Management:
  • Prepare and submit PT challans accurately and on time.
  • Handle any issues related to PT compliance.
  1. Employee Grievance Handling:
  • Address employee grievances and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive issues.
  1. HRMS Knowledge:
  • Proficient in using KEKA HRMS or similar HR management software.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and management in the HRMS.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Certification in HR management will be an advantage.
  • Note: This position requires working hours from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST and proficiency in KEKA HRMS. Please ensure your suitability for the timings and software proficiency before applying.
