Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a HubSpot Admin. You will be responsible for managing incoming task requests from our diverse client base. You will be responsible for completing these tasks with the goal of optimizing every client's HubSpot to support sales, marketing, and customer support operations. Your day-to-day tasks may include building custom workflows, managing contact data, building lists, creating reports, integrating tech stack components with HubSpot, creating and monitoring email campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, providing customer support, and other tasks as assigned by the client.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience with HubSpot with a strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Support Hubs (Pro & Enterprise)
  • 3 years Revenue/Marketing/Sales Ops experience a plus
  • Demonstrated ability working directly with clients
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently
  • Strong English communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
  • HubSpot Certifications are a plus


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their CRM needs and develop effective strategies to optimize their Revenue operations inside HubSpot
  • Manage incoming client requests related to CRM configuration, customization, data entry, and cleanup.
  • Implement changes to HubSpot CRM setup while adhering to best practices and client-specific requirements.
  • Conduct regular data quality audits and cleanup to ensure accurate and reliable information within the CRM.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for CRM enhancements and provide recommendations for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Meet deadlines and adhere to project timelines, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service to clients.

  • Contract-based position with compensation based on the number of clients you manage
  • Flexibility to work remotely while meeting client needs and project deadlines
  • Must be available for weekly client meetings
