Join our team as an Influencer Marketing Manager for our video production projects Your main job will be finding and coordinating talent for our videos. Here’s what you’ll do:


Responsibilities:


  1. Find Talent: Use different platforms to find the right people for each project.
  2. Hold Auditions: Organize and run auditions, both in person and online.
  3. Evaluate Talent: Figure out if people are right for the roles and if they fit the project.
  4. Coordinate Talent: Make sure everyone knows when and where they need to be for filming.
  5. Build Relationships: Get to know talent agencies, actors, and others in the industry to find more people for our projects.
  6. Work Together: Talk with directors and producers to understand what they need for each project.
  7. Stay Updated: Keep an eye on what’s happening in the industry and find new talent.
  8. Handle Paperwork: Keep track of all the paperwork and budgets for casting.
  9. Solve Problems: Fix any issues that come up during casting, so we can meet our deadlines.
  10. Follow the Rules: Make sure we’re following all the legal and industry rules for casting.


This role is important for bringing our creative projects to life, so we need someone who’s organized, good with people, and loves finding new talent
