Position-Sr. Engineer Hardware- LV DC

Location- Pune

Experience required-3+ years

Ctc- 10 lpa (depends on interview)

Working days- MON – FRI (5-DAY WORKING)


Job Responsibility:

  • Hardware design of auto electronics products like VCU /R&R/ Telematic Unit/Motor Controller/DC-DC/BMS .
  • Development of test plans to meet customer specifications.
  • Shall support failure analysis of validated & field return parts
  • Shall support validation of EOL test machines used for designed products.
  • Shall ensure compliance of designs for automotive standards and customer specifications
  • Development of analog, digital circuitry, power electronics and embedded software for automotive products.
  • Interaction with cross-functional departments, suppliers and customers with respect to electronic product development, validations and manufacturing.
  • Developing and testing prototypes to ensure performance & validation compliances.
  • EMI/EMC testing at external agencies
  • Support schematic level circuit simulation for continuous improvement of designs.
  • Create product validation test plans according to customer requirements and get customer approvals.
  • Create EMI/EMC design validation test plans according to customer requirements and get customer approvals.
  • Deliver the required documentations including BOM, drawings and prototypes to the product development team.
  • Shall Support benchmark activities.
  • Provide guidance & support for maintaining component and footprint libraries in Altium.
  • Experience in Design and Analysis of Analog circuits using OPAMPs/ discrete components and ADCs/DACs.
  • Collaborate to execute and implement hardware design, modules, synthesis, debugging, testing and validation for VAVE projects.
  • Work with test team to ensure adequate and appropriate test case coverage.
  • Shall support DFMEA of designed products


Key Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of electronics Research & development background.
  • B.E./ B. Tech in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
  • Targeted Industry: KPIT/Tata Technologies /TCS/ BOSCH / Delphi /Continental / Interface/ BHTC/ HELLA / CUMMINS /TATA Elexi/Valeo /EATON
  • Must have good electronic component knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Electronic manufacturing, quality and technical standards (IPC, ISO, IATF etc.).
  • Proficient in use of advanced electronic testing equipment.
  • Basic understanding of EMI/EMC/ESD and its application in Hardware design
  • Exposure of PCB layout software.
  • Exposure to ORCAD ,CADENCE
  • Experience P SPICE simulation is must
