Job Description:

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Amazon Listing Specialist and Data Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and optimizing product listings on the Amazon platform, as well as analyzing data to drive sales and performance improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze existing product listings on the Amazon platform, identifying areas for improvement in titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
  • Optimize product content and images to maximize visibility, conversion rates, and sales.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms and incorporate them into listings.
  • Fix any issues or errors found in product listings, ensuring compliance with Amazon's guidelines and policies.
  • Open cases with Amazon support to resolve any listing-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Analyze sales data, rankings, reviews, and other performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance product listings and drive sales growth.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and policy changes on the Amazon platform to ensure compliance and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information is reflected in listings.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to increase market share.
  • Keep track of industry trends and changes in consumer behavior to adapt listing strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Amazon Listing Specialist or a similar role, with a proven track record of optimizing product listings and driving sales on the Amazon platform.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and discrepancies in listings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Availability to work during USA hours to ensure collaboration with team members.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or online retail is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, case management, and reporting tools.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
