Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst (BA) to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting the analysis, development, and improvement of our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to gather business requirements for new and existing initiatives.
- Analyze business processes related to applications, fraud management, rewards programs, and other relevant areas
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue generation within the domain.
- Develop clear and concise business requirements documents (BRDs) and user stories.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, marketing, risk management) to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of various programs and identify areas for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to financial, credit cards and payments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working, preferably in the payments domain.
- Strong understanding of credit card products, processes, and regulations (a plus).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Bonus Points:
- Experience working with credit card networks (e.g., Visa, Mastercard).
- Experience with business process modelling tools.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (desirable, not mandatory).
