Job Title: Dev/Cloud/DB Operations Associate

Location: T-Hub, Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Level: Entry Level (0–2 years)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, manage, and monitor cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.
  • Develop, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the software development process.
  • Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
  • Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure system health and performance.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Nagios.
  • Experience with logging tools such as ELK Stack and Splunk.
  • Implement and manage security controls, such as identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and network security (VPN).
  • Monitor and optimize resource usage to ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Work closely with development teams to support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Provide guidance and support for deploying and managing applications in the cloud.
  • Manage and maintain databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability.
  • Implement and manage backup and recovery processes for databases.
  • Monitor database performance and implement improvements as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, security, and system administration.
  • Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Interest in cloud computing, DevOps, and database operations.
