Housekeeping Supervisor

Our resort offers a variety of deluxe category rooms and cottages such as Green Cave, Lotus Studios, Igloo House, Woodland Cottage, Timber Cottages, Rajasthani Cottage, Riverside Cottage, and Pyramid Cottage.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor at Sambodhi Retreat in Gaya. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day housekeeping operations, including supervising staff, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, managing laundry services, and providing excellent customer service. The Housekeeping Supervisor will also be responsible for effective communication and coordination with other departments.

• Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team
• Housekeeping: Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and best practices
• Laundry: Experience in managing laundry services
• Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with staff and other departments
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and cleanliness
• Organizational and Time Management skills
• Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
