Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Scrum Master (SAFEAGILE) in the Banking Domain. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile development process, guiding the team to execute Agile practices, coordinating with stakeholders, and removing any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress. This role is located in Mumbai with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in the Banking Domain
  • Strong knowledge of the SAFE Agile methodology and practices
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile principles
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Experience working in cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are a plus
