PNBISL derives strength from Punjab National Bank which is one of the largest Nationalized Bank in the country with Pan-India network.
Post: VP - ECM Sales (Equity Capital Markets)
Location: Mumbai
Qualifications: CA / MBA with 12+ years experience in ECM / capital markets sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Equity Capital Market transactions (IPO, FPO, QIP, Rights Issues, etc.)
- Manage client relationships with corporates, institutional investors, and stakeholders
- Originate new business opportunities and drive ECM sales strategy
- Oversee end-to-end deal execution, negotiations, and closings
- Collaborate with Investment Banking, Legal & Compliance teams for smooth execution
Ideal Candidate:
- Deep knowledge of equity capital markets & valuation techniques
- Strong business development & client relationship management skills
- Proven track record in deal origination and execution
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
