Position- Senior Highway Engineer

Experience- 10+ Years

Location- Gandhinagar


Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee highway engineering projects from inception to completion.

• Prepare and review detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for

highway projects.

• Ensure designs comply with regulatory standards, IRC codes and safety guidelines.

• Utilize software tools for design and analysis, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MX Road

or similar

• Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and

quality standards.

• Conduct site visits, inspections, and reviews to monitor progress and resolve issues.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain positive relationships.

• Present project updates, proposals, and technical reports to clients and stakeholders.

• Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction throughout project lifecycle.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.

• Monitor project budgets, schedules and quality assurance measures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Preferable Masters in Highway Engineering/

Transportation Engineering or Similar

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in highway or transportation engineering.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, IRC codes, and standards related to

highway projects.

• He / She shall possess managerial skills to head the Highway design department.

• He / She must have working experience of detailed Design, DPR projects, Authority

Engineer Projects, Independent Engineer Projects
