Role Description

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst supporting the Customer Success team at ConverzAI. This is a critical role in the Go-to-market team. In this role you will analyze customer data to help customers evaluate ROI of their investments and drive successful outcomes. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to understand customer goals and develop strategies to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Monitor and analyze customer usage of our product to help customers get most value out of their investments.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and provide strategic recommendations to enhance customer success.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients by providing data-driven insights.
  • Utilize data driven insights to provide recommendations for enhancing candidate experience.
  • Provide detailed reports on customer interactions and satisfaction.
  • Help in creating and updating training materials based on customer feedback.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, AND 5+ years experience in customer success and/or business analyst roles
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in developing and managing client portfolios is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
