  • J2EE,RESTMicro-Services,Spring,Jenkins,Kubernetes,Splunk, Grafana, and Dynatrace
  • Extensive experience with enterprise architecture best practices and objectives.
  • Collaborate with TLO PDM, PO and Architects on product Roadmaps for our core programming languages/platforms and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with peers within DevEx to align priorities and manage dependencies to ensure a consistent and cohesive progression of the department’s strategy.
  • Provide direction as to the effective use of technology within the enterprise.
  • Provide leadership related to technical aspects of Java, tools, methodologies, best practices, processes, and standards

Reasons for Screen rejects:

  • Only skillsets are mentioned in the resumes but does not have hands-on-experience.
  • Does not know about modern API Design basics.
  • Has not done anything related to modern technologies.

Required skillsets:

  • Should have more detailed experience in Java Technical Architect.
  • To be able to define the architecture of the system.
  • To be able to draw some diagrams relating to architectural design.
  • Must have worked in old as well as modern technologies and methodologies.
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledgeable enough to start a project from scratch.
  • Should be able to groom and help the team members.
  • Drive the thing independently and manage the stakeholders.
  • Initiate the conversations and lead the project.

Good to have skills:

In-depth experience working in an Agile, Product Management, and DevOps environment.
