Experience/ Skills -


  • 8 to 12 years of experience in QA department of precision machining industry
  • Knowledge of processes like CNC turning, VMC, Grinding, etc.
  • Documentation and working knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, CP, ECN, EMS,TS16949,etc.'V'DA 6.3 certification will be preferred.
  • Working experience in NPD will be preferred.
  • Hands on experience on instruments like CMM, Contour tracer, roundness tester, surface finish tester, etc. Daily rejection analysis, Problem solving, 7 QC tools, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA.
  • Communication & Presentation skills.
  • Team handling


Responsibilities-


  • Daily management of SEZ QA activities.
  • Daily shift audits, Layered Process Audits, Systems audits & customer audits as and when required.
  • Rejection review and initiate corrective and preventive actions on the same.
  • Kaizen, Poka-yoke and improvement points audits.
  • Support in new parts development


Qualification - BE Mechanical
