Role Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Digital Marketing Specialist, playing a central role in driving lead acquisition and managing various performance channels. We are seeking an individual with a keen understanding of lead generation, hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably Zoho), and a proven track record in SEO, performance management, email management, affiliate channel management, influencer coordination, and strategic database procurement.


Responsibilities:

1. Lead Acquisition:

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize lead acquisition campaigns to meet business

objectives.

  • Utilize hands-on experience with Zoho or other CRM systems to ensure seamless lead management.

2. SEO Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with external agencies to optimize website content for search engines.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive relevant traffic.

3. Performance Management:

  • Work closely with performance marketing agencies to achieve KPIs and maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data to make data-driven decisions and implement improvements.

4. Affiliate Channel Management:

  • Manage relationships with affiliate partners or agencies to expand and optimize the

affiliate marketing channel.

  • Collaborate on the development and execution of affiliate marketing strategies.

5. Influencer Management:

  • Coordinate with influencer marketing agencies to identify, engage, and manage

influencers.

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.

6. Database Procurement:

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand lead requirements.
  • Strategically purchase databases to supplement lead acquisition efforts, ensuring quality and relevance.

7. CRM System Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of the CRM system.
  • Ensure data integrity, cleanliness, and accuracy within the CRM database.
  • Implement best practices for data entry, usage, and maintenance.

8. Email Campaign Management:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling email content.
  • Monitor email deliverability and open rates, making data-driven adjustments.

9. Marketing Campaigns on CRM:

  • Leverage the CRM system for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align CRM strategies with overall marketing

goals.

  • Implement tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

10. Lead Management:

  • Oversee the lead management process from acquisition to conversion.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and tracking.
  • Implement lead scoring mechanisms to prioritize high-value leads.

11. Database Management:

  • Maintain and grow the CRM database, ensuring it aligns with business needs.
  • Regularly update and cleanse the database to enhance its accuracy.
  • Strategically procure additional data to supplement lead and customer information.


Qualifications:


  • 2-3 years of proven experience in lead acquisition with a strong understanding of CRM systems, preferably Zoho.
  • Demonstrated success in SEO strategy and implementation.
  • Experience in performance management, including analyzing data and optimizing

campaigns.

  • Proficiency in affiliate channel management with a track record of successful
  • partnerships.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and experience collaborating with influencer
  • agencies.
  • Strategic mindset in procuring databases tailored to sales team requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing effective email & marketing
  • campaigns.
