Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a mix of pitch decks, social creatives, blog images, infographics, web pages, and videos. You will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of Fretron across various channels, leveraging advanced design tools and AI-based ideation platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality visuals for diverse platforms including social media, presentations, websites, and blogs.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive brand representation across all design outputs.
  • Utilize AI-driven tools like Midjourney and Firefly for design ideation and creation.
  • Work on a mix of static and video content including explainer videos, product demonstrations, and more.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and incorporate them into Fretron's creative strategies.
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Salary

  • INR - Upto 10 LPA


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred. However, any certification course can help demonstrate your commitment to professional standards and ongoing learning.
  • A portfolio that showcases your creativity and originality is a must-have for the role.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience.


Location & Schedule:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana (Onsite). Must be able to commute or relocate prior to starting the role.
  • Fixed shift (Mon to Fri, full-time, morning shift).


Must-Have Skills

  • Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools like Midjourney and Firefly for creative design solutions.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work including pitch decks, social media creatives, blog visuals, infographics, web pages, and videos.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a corporate environment.


Should-Have Skills

  • Experience creating product and explainer videos.
  • Proven ability to work independently while delivering high-quality creative assets.
  • Experience working as part of a marketing design team.


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with rebranding exercises.
  • Exposure to working in fast-paced startups.
