Brief summary:

We are in search of highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

Candidate must have a strong portfolio demonstrating their expertise in creating captivating designs like key visuals, web banners, social media posts, e-commerce banners, etc. Additionally, familiarity with 3D software and experience in still/video shoots will be an added advantage.


Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually stunning designs for various digital platforms including web banners, social media posts, and e-commerce banners.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design strategies that align with brand objectives and target audience.
  • Utilize advanced features and techniques in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects to produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and animations.
  • Maintain brand consistency and adhere to established design guidelines across all projects.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in graphic design, digital marketing, and technology.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of design assets while meeting quality standards.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers as needed.
  • Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Graphic Designer Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and strong command over relevant software related to Graphic Design, Visual Arts etc.
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, agency experience is a must.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Extensive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with a focus on web banners, social media posts, and e-commerce banners.
  • Knowledge of 3D software such as Blender and collaborative tool like Figma is a plus..
  • Experience in still/video shoots will be beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
