Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and online advertising (PPC).
  • Content Creation: Create compelling content for social media, blogs, and email newsletters that engages our target audience and aligns with our brand voice.
  • Social Media Strategy: Manage and grow our social media channels by crafting and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance metrics.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking to optimize engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with design and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital channels.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve our strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, email marketing software, social media management tools).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
