We are assembling a team of Salesforce experts trained in providing support across various domains. Interested individuals should be based in the NCR region and open to working Hybrid.


Salesforce Admin certification is a must. Please specify any other certifications completed. We are looking for candidates with experience in the following specific domains.


  • Senior Configuration / Admin
  • Debugging / Admin
  • Data Management / Admin
  • Pardot expert
  • Senior tech / Dev expert


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a large tech support team


Technical Skills:


  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, including user management, customization, and security settings
  • Proven track record in diagnosing and resolving Salesforce issues, including managing support tickets and troubleshooting system errors
  • Experience with data import/export tools like Data Loader, and knowledge of data quality and cleaning practices.
  • Skilled in creating and managing reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making.


Customer Service Experience:


  • Experience providing technical support and training to end-users, enhancing their Salesforce experience.
  • Ability to create user guides, FAQs, and training materials based on common issues and user needs.


Analytical Skills:


  • Ability to analyze support trends, identify recurring issues, and propose solutions or improvements.
