Role Description
This is a full-time role (hybrid model) as a Telesales Specialist at iii Studio located in Hyderabad. As a Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the about the company, it’s legacy in interiors domain, and persuading customers to avail our interior design services. You will also handle customer inquiries, provide information about on-going projects, book their appointments for site visits along with interior designers and maintain a database of customer interactions. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in tele sales, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Experience:
- Relevant experience: 2-4 years (Required)
- Work experience in Interior design / Real-estate domains: 1 years (preferred)
