Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Head at Design Fundaz in Pune. The role involves overseeing social media strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance brand presence and engagement on various platforms.


Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to align with business objectives

- Lead and manage a team of social media professionals to achieve department goals

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media with overall marketing strategies

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates


Requirements:


- 5+ years of experience in social media management and strategy development

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead a social media team

- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and their best practices

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights for campaign optimization

- Creative mindset to conceptualize engaging social media content and campaigns


Desirable Skills:


- Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer

- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite

- Familiarity with social media analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or Twitter Analytics

- Understanding of SEO principles and how to optimize social media content for search engines


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) you will be assessed on:


- Follower growth rate

- Engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, etc.)

- Conversion rates (website traffic, lead generation, sales, etc.)

- Social media ROI (return on investment)

- Campaign reach and impressions

- Social media sentiment analysis (brand reputation and customer satisfaction)


Tools and Software:


- Social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.)

- Graphic design and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)

- Social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, etc.)

- SEO optimization tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)

- Project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
