We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our construction/project funding vertical. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in project loan sales, especially within the real estate and construction sector. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-growth, performance-driven environment based in Andheri, Mumbai.
- Generate leads and close sales for construction/project loans
- Build and manage relationships with builders, developers, and real estate agents
- Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and disbursement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain updated knowledge of financial products and compliance requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction/project funding
- Experience working with NBFCs, banks, or loan agencies is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Good understanding of Mumbai’s real estate market
